Onion Strings!


These are so YUMMY! Harry bought me The Pioneer Woman Cooks for Christmas. It's one of those cookbooks that you can just sit down and read for awhile. I happened to have everything needed for one of my favorite foods, Onion Strings...so I decided to make them tonight. I must say that they are the best little fried onions I've ever had. Here's the recipe.  The only way they could possibly be better is if I didn't have to clean up the mess...

I didn't know she had a cookbook. I think she was nominated in the homeschool blog awards this year...so she must be a homeschooler. I'll try to check it out and let you know. I'd love to get her cookbook!
